A Silver Lining Foundation is offering free mammograms in Chicago to eligible underinsured and uninsured women (and men). Call 312-345-1322 if you are interested in the free mammogram program. If you qualify, a confirmation letter will be sent to your home, directing you to a hospital for your free mammogram. Current hospital partners include University of Illinois at Chicago Medical Center, Ingalls Hospital, Swedish Covenant Hospital, and South Shore Hospital.
